Ohio Township is one of ten townships in Warrick County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 31,002,[1] or 59.2% of Warrick County's population. 2007 Estimates place the township's population between 35,000 and 37,000. It has the fourth largest township population in Southwestern Indiana, behind three townships in Vanderburgh County and is one of the fastest growing townships in Indiana.

Ohio Township was created, along with Hart Township, in September 1826.
